27 men from St. Andrew’s spent this last weekend together on Mammoth Mountain. It was an intergenerational ski trip with men from their 20s to 80s. Fresh snow made for some great skiing. We stayed in 4 cabins but gathered in one for fellowship, food and a little devotion time with our new pastor, Richard Kannwischer. It was a wonderful time to connect with one another and with God as you can see from one of the guys on the trip below:
“I originally signed up for the trip to take advantage of the opportunity to meet and spend time with people whom I don’t know but see each Sunday morning but really achieved much more than that.
I really enjoyed the leadership in prayer, devotion and the meals that we cooked and shared with each other. Of course the conditions on the mountain were outstanding! Planning to meet for lunch on the mountain Friday was an excellent way to re-group on the mountain and ski together.
I am looking forward to next year’s trip!”
